Commitment to safeguarding personal data in line with laws and best practices. Governs collection, use, storage, disclosure, and security for clients, learners, employees, partners, and contractors.

Applies to all personal data in any form (written, electronic, verbal) across training, CPD tracking, HR, marketing (with consent), and operations. Applies to all staff, contractors, instructors, interns, trainees, and third-party providers.

By accessing this website or enrolling in any training program offered by Angel & Eagle Global Rescue Services, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. 

 

Services Offered

We provide American Heart Association (AHA) programs, certifications, and emergency response education services. 

 

Course Registration 

·       Registration is confirmed ony after full payment in received.

·       Participants must provided accurate and complete information during registration 

 

Payments 

All payments are processsed via secure payment platforms such as GlobalPay. Course fees are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice. 

 

Certification

AHA certifications is issued only upon successful completion of course requirements and compliance with AHA standards. We reserve the right to deny certifications if requirements are not met. 

 

Limitation of Liability

Angel & Eagle Rescue Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our program or use of our website.

 

Modifications

We deserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions under which refunds may be granted. 

 

Refund Policy 

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted 

 

Training Fees 

·       All courses are non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where stated otherwise.

·       Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances and at management discretion.

 

Course Cancellation by Us

If a scheduled coures is cancelled by Angel & Eagle Global Rescue Services, participants will be offered: 

·       A full refund, or 

·       The options to reschedule to another available date. 

 

Participant No-Show 

Failure to attend a scheduled training sessions withouth prior notice will result in no refund 

 

Rescheduling 

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48-72 hours before before the training date and are subject to availability 

 

Refund Processing 
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment methods within 5-10 business days, dependsing on the payment provider.
