Heartsaver® First Aid CPR+AED
The Heartsaver® First Aid CPR+AED course provides first responders with training in basic first aid — including the first aid skills recommended by OSHA and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation knowledge and skill for pulseless victims.
The course covers:
- First Aid Basics: Ensuring Safety , detecting the problem and calling for help protocol etc as well as:
- Medical Emergencies: Choking, Allergy reaction, Stroke,
- Heart Attack,
- Diabetic Emergency
- Epilepsy Management
- Environmental Emergencies:
- Animal Bites/ Stings
- Hypothermia Heat Cramps /Exhaustion/
- Stroke
- Injury Emergencies: Bleeding, burns, Broken bones, Electrical Shock Management etc
- Adult, Child & Infant CPR AED
-Recognition of Cardiac Arrest
-Conducting Adequate Chest compression
-Giving Adequate breath
-Resuscitation in Special conditions
Use of AED in Adult, Child & Infant
Management of Choking in Conscious and unconscious victim in adult Child and Infant Chokin
- Calling for help protocol

The Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED course is intended for all individuals who have a duty to respond to a first aid or cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, including:
Administrative Officers
Bank Officers
HSE Officers
Machine operator
Site Engineer
Security and airline personnel
Camp counselors
Drivers
Police and firefighters
Day-care workers
Aerobics teachers/physical- fitness trainers
Other individuals who want or need first-aid training
The instructor-led course is approximately 2 days with skills testing by an American Heart Association instructor during the course.
